The regional programme for access to prevention and care for the most disadvantaged people is drawn up by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency, after consultation with the regional committee provided for in article L. 1411-5.
The aim of the regional programme is to improve access to prevention and care for the most disadvantaged.
Based on a preliminary analysis of the difficulties faced by people in precarious situations in gaining access to prevention and care, it sets priority actions and determines the procedures for implementing them at regional level and at the level of the départements in the region.
It includes provisions for evaluating its application and the conditions under which it is implemented. It is drawn up for three years.
