Article D1433-3 of the French Public Health Code

The National Steering Committee for the Regional Health Agencies makes recommendations to ensure that the distribution of the funding allocated to the agencies is consistent with the policies they are required to implement, in particular the objective of reducing inequalities in health. The distribution of funding must take account of the order provided for in II of article L. 6147-7 and the protocol provided for in article L. 6147-11. These recommendations relate, in particular, to the criteria used.

Le Conseil national de pilotage des agences régionales de santé formule des recommandations afin que la répartition entre les agences des financements qui leur sont attribués soit cohérente avec les politiques qu’elles ont à mettre en œuvre, notamment avec l’objectif de réduction des inégalités de santé. La répartition des financements doit tenir compte de l’arrêté prévu au II de l’article L. 6147-7 et du protocole prévu à l’article L. 6147-11. Ces recommandations portent, en particulier, sur les critères utilisés.
