Article D1433-5 of the French Public Health Code

The Conseil national de pilotage des agences régionales de santé (National Steering Board for the Regional Health Agencies) examines the multiannual contract of objectives and resources provided for in article L. 1433-2 before it is signed with each agency, and any amendments thereto. It monitors their implementation and assesses the results of the agencies’ actions.

The National Steering Committee for the Regional Health Agencies approves the objectives assigned to each Regional Health Agency in the multiannual contracts of objectives and resources.

Each year, the Chief Executive Officers of the Regional Health Agencies present to the National Steering Board of the Regional Health Agencies, if it so wishes, an assessment of their achievements and their priorities for action in the year ahead.

Le Conseil national de pilotage des agences régionales de santé examine le contrat pluriannuel d’objectifs et de moyens prévu à l’article L. 1433-2 avant sa signature avec chaque agence, ainsi que, le cas échéant, ses avenants. Il en suit l’exécution et évalue le résultat de l’action des agences.

Le Conseil national de pilotage des agences régionales de santé approuve les objectifs assignés à chaque agence régionale de santé dans les contrats pluriannuels d’objectifs et de moyens.

Les directeurs généraux des agences régionales de santé présentent, chaque année, au conseil national de pilotage des agences régionales de santé, s’il le souhaite, un bilan de leurs réalisations et leurs priorités d’action pour l’année à venir.
