Article D15-5-4 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The report drawn up pursuant to article 61-1 states that the person has been informed of their right to request the assistance of a lawyer from the start of the hearing or at any time during the hearing. Where a summons has been sent to the person in advance, it shall indicate, where appropriate, that the person may appoint a lawyer immediately or at any time during the hearing.

Le procès-verbal établi en application de l’article 61-1 indique que la personne a été avisée de son droit de demander l’assistance d’un avocat dès le début de l’audition ou à tout moment au cours de son déroulement. Lorsqu’une convocation lui a préalablement été adressée, elle indique, le cas échéant, que la personne peut désigner un avocat immédiatement ou à tout moment au cours de son audition.
