Article D1511-55 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The contract concluded between the student during his or her postgraduate studies and the local authority or authorities awarding the aid specifies, in particular, the penalties incurred by the contracting parties in the event of non-compliance with their contractual commitments, with the exception of the cases referred to in article D. 1511-56.

The Regional Health Mission and the State representative in the department of the future place of practice are informed of the contract thus concluded.

Le contrat conclu entre l’étudiant au cours de ses études de troisième cycle et la ou les collectivités territoriales qui attribuent l’aide précise notamment les sanctions encourures par les parties contractantes en cas de non-respect de leurs engagements contractuels, hormis les cas visés à l’article D. 1511-56.

La mission régionale de santé et le représentant de l’Etat dans le département du futur lieu d’exercice sont informés du contrat ainsi conclu.
