Article D212-16 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

When the move involves an indeterminate number of screenings, the declaration provided for in Article D. 212-14 states:
1° The number of the licence issued to the exhibitor corresponding to the cinema venue whose programme is affected by the relocation;
2° The details of the venue where the screenings are to be held and the number of seats in the venue;
3° The date on which the relocation begins and the date on which it is likely to end.

Lorsque le déplacement concerne un nombre indéterminé de séances, la déclaration prévue à l’article D. 212-14 indique :
1° Le numéro de l’autorisation d’exercice délivrée à l’exploitant correspondant à la salle de l’établissement de spectacles cinématographiques dont la programmation est concernée par le déplacement ;
2° Les coordonnées du lieu prévu pour l’organisation des séances ainsi que l’indication du nombre de places de spectateurs que contient ce lieu ;
3° La date à laquelle le déplacement débute et la date à laquelle il est susceptible de s’achever.
