Article D214-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The AMF shall ensure that the dossier provided for in Article L. 214-2-1 is complete.

It shall send the notification file to the competent authorities of the host country in which the UCITS intends to market its units or shares, no later than ten working days from the date of receipt of the notification letter and all the documents making up the file.

L’Autorité des marchés financiers s’assure que le dossier prévu à l’article L. 214-2-1 est complet.

Elle transmet le dossier de notification aux autorités compétentes de l’Etat d’accueil dans lequel l’OPCVM se propose de commercialiser ses parts ou actions, au plus tard dix jours ouvrables à compter de la date de réception de la lettre de notification et de l’ensemble des documents constituant le dossier.
