Article D214-241 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I. – The provisions of sub-section 1, except paragraph 1, of paragraphs 1 and 6 of sub-section 2 of section 2 or, where this “Other collective investment” is open to professional investors, of sub-paragraph 1 of paragraph 1 and sub-paragraph 1 of paragraph 2 of sub-section 3 of section 2 of this chapter, shall apply to the SICAVs mentioned in 1° of I of article L. 214-191.

II. – The provisions of sub-section 1, except paragraph 1, and of paragraph 3 of sub-section 2 of section 2 or, where this “Other collective investment” is open to professional investors, of sub-paragraph 2 of paragraph 1 of sub-section 3 of section 2 of this chapter, are applicable to open-ended investment companies with a majority of real estate assets mentioned in 2° of I of article L. 214-191.
