Article D221-126 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Forest insurance savings accounts remain subject to this section as it stood prior to the entry into force of Decree no. 2015-31 of 15 January 2015 on the forestry investment and insurance account, unless they are converted into a forestry investment and insurance account at the request of their holder, in accordance with Article L. 352-6 of the French Forestry Code.

Les comptes épargne d’assurance pour la forêt demeurent soumis à la présente section dans sa rédaction antérieure à l’entrée en vigueur du décret n° 2015-31 du 15 janvier 2015 relatif au compte d’investissement forestier et d’assurance sauf s’ils sont, conformément à l’article L. 352-6 du code forestier, convertis à la demande de leur titulaire en compte d’investissement forestier et d’assurance.
