Article D3111-26 of the French Public Health Code

When the operating procedures of a vaccination centre no longer enable it to meet the obligations laid down in articles D. 3111-23 and D. 3111-25, the Director General of the Regional Health Agency shall give formal notice to the authorised establishment or body to comply with them within the time limit he or she shall set. In an emergency involving the safety of users, authorisation may be suspended.

If the formal notice is not acted upon within the time limit set, authorisation may be withdrawn.

Lorsque les modalités de fonctionnement d’un centre de vaccination ne permettent plus de répondre aux obligations fixées aux articles D. 3111-23 et D. 3111-25, le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé met en demeure l’établissement ou l’organisme habilité de s’y conformer dans le délai qu’il fixe. En cas d’urgence tenant à la sécurité des usagers, l’habilitation peut être suspendue.

Si la mise en demeure n’est pas suivie d’effet dans le délai imparti, l’habilitation peut être retirée.
