I.- Volunteers in one of the following categories may join the health reserve provided for in article L. 3132-1:
1° Practising healthcare professionals ;
2° Former healthcare professionals who ceased practising their profession less than five years ago;
3° Interns in medicine, dentistry and pharmacy;
4° Persons meeting the conditions of activity, professional experience or level of training set by order of the Minister for Health;
5° Students studying medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, midwifery or medical auxiliaries who have reached the levels of study provided for respectively in articles L. 4131-2, L. 4141-4, L. 4151-6, L. 4221-15, L. 4241-11, L. 4311-12-1 and L. 4321-7, without being able to carry out international assignments.
II -Health professionals holding foreign diplomas authorised to carry out their activity on national territory in accordance with the procedures set out in Part Four of the present code may be part of the health reserve.
III -The persons mentioned in I and II who have been suspended or banned from practising their profession by an administrative, disciplinary or judicial authority may not be part of the health reserve.
