Article D315-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The ceilings set in application of article L. 315-9 are as follows:

1° The maximum monetary value stored in electronic form and usable by means of a physical medium is set at 10,000 euros ;

2° The maximum amount that may be loaded in cash, or in electronic money not subject to the obligations set out in Articles L. 561-5 and L. 561-5-1 under the conditions set out in Article R. 561-16-1, using the medium referred to in 1°, is set at 1,000 euros per calendar month;

3° The maximum amount for cash withdrawals using the medium referred to in 1° is set at 1,000 euros per calendar month;

4° The maximum amount that can be reimbursed in cash using the medium referred to in 1° is set at 1,000 euros.

Les plafonds pris en application de l’article L. 315-9 sont les suivants :

1° La valeur monétaire maximale stockée sous forme électronique et utilisable au moyen d’un support physique est fixée à 10 000 euros ;

2° Le montant maximal de chargement en espèces, ou en monnaie électronique non soumise aux obligations prévues aux articles L. 561-5 et L. 561-5-1 dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 561-16-1, au moyen du support mentionné au 1°, est fixé à 1 000 euros par mois calendaire ;

3° Le montant maximal de retrait en espèces au moyen du support mentionné au 1°, est fixé à 1 000 euros par mois calendaire ;

4° Le montant maximal de remboursement en espèces au moyen du support mentionné au 1°, est fixé à 1 000 euros.
