Article D3171-12 of the French Labour Code

When employees in a workshop, department or team do not work according to the same posted collective working hours, a monthly document, a duplicate of which is attached to the pay slip, is drawn up for each employee.
This document includes the information provided for in article D. 3171-11 as well as:
1° The total amount of overtime worked since the beginning of the year;
2° The number of hours of compensatory rest acquired in application of articles L. 3121-28, L. 3121-33 and L. 3121-37 ;
3° The number of hours of compensatory rest actually taken during the month;
4° The number of days of rest actually taken during the month, where a scheme to reduce working hours by allocating days or half-days of rest under the conditions laid down by articles L. 3121-44 and D. 3121-27 applies in the company or establishment.

Article D3171-12

Lorsque des salariés d’un atelier, d’un service ou d’une équipe ne travaillent pas selon le même horaire collectif de travail affiché, un document mensuel, dont le double est annexé au bulletin de paie, est établi pour chaque salarié.
Ce document comporte les mentions prévues à l’article D. 3171-11 ainsi que :
1° Le cumul des heures supplémentaires accomplies depuis le début de l’année ;
2° Le nombre d’heures de repos compensateur de remplacement acquis en application des articles L. 3121-28, L. 3121-33 et L. 3121-37 ;
3° Le nombre d’heures de repos compensateur effectivement prises au cours du mois ;
4° Le nombre de jours de repos effectivement pris au cours du mois, dès lors qu’un dispositif de réduction du temps de travail par attribution de journées ou de demi-journées de repos dans les conditions fixées par les articles L. 3121-44 et D. 3121-27 s’applique dans l’entreprise ou l’établissement.
