The employer shall keep available for the Labour Inspectorate:
1° For a period of one year, including in the case of individualised working hours, or for a period equivalent to the reference period in the case of the organisation of working time over a period longer than one year, the documents existing in the company or establishment enabling the hours worked by each employee to be recorded;
2° For a period of one year, the document summarising the number of on-call hours worked each month by the employee as well as the corresponding compensation;
3° For a period of three years, the documents existing in the company or establishment enabling the number of working days worked by employees concerned by fixed-rate agreements to be recorded.
