Article D3171-2 of the French Labour Code

The collective timetable is dated and signed by the employer or, under his responsibility, by the person to whom he has delegated his powers for this purpose.
It is displayed in legible characters and affixed in a conspicuous place in each of the workplaces to which it applies. Where employees are employed externally, this timetable is displayed in the establishment to which they are attached.
