Article D32-18 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

Copies of the decisions of the head of the prison or the director of the prison integration and probation service modifying the hours of presence at home or in the places of assignment shall be sent without delay to the examining magistrate.

This magistrate may cancel the modifications granted by order that is not subject to appeal, without prejudice to the possibility for the person to make an application for modification pursuant to article D. 32-16.

Copies des décisions du chef d’établissement pénitentiaire ou du directeur du service pénitentiaire d’insertion et de probation modifiant les horaires de présence au domicile ou dans les lieux d’assignation sont adressées sans délai au juge d’instruction.

Ce magistrat peut annuler les modifications accordées par ordonnance non susceptible de recours, sans préjudice de la possibilité pour la personne de former une demande de modification en application de l’article D. 32-16.
