The annual statement of account sent to beneficiaries by the administrative account registrar, as provided for in article L. 3332-7-1, includes :
1° Identification of the company and the beneficiary;
2° The total amount of rights and assets held in the beneficiary’s account, estimated at 31 December of the previous year;
3° The amount of his rights and assets per management vehicle, with the dates on which they are available, as well as the management methods provided for by default in the plan rules or chosen by the beneficiary;
4° A summary of the sums invested in the plan during the previous year, presented by type of payment in accordance with the provisions of article L. 3332-11, as well as the sums disinvested from the plan over the same period, distinguishing those resulting from an early release event;
5° A summary of the charges payable by the employee over the past year, in accordance with the provisions of the plan.
The annual statement of account balance may also include a statement of the custody account management fees paid by the company. This information must be included if the company no longer covers these costs when the beneficiary leaves the company, and the costs of maintaining the custody account are then deducted from the beneficiary’s assets, in accordance with the provisions of article L. 3341-7.
The annual account statement is provided to the beneficiary within three months of 31 December of the previous year. Unless the beneficiary objects, this annual statement may be provided electronically, under conditions that guarantee the integrity of the data.
