Article D3341-3 of the French Public procurement code

For the application of Article D. 3133-1 in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the reference to the standard set by European Commission Decision (EU) 2017/1870 of 16 October 2017 on the publication of the reference of the European standard on electronic invoicing and the list of syntaxes under Directive 2014/55/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council is replaced by the reference to the electronic invoicing standard applicable in mainland France.

Pour l’application de l’article D. 3133-1 à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, la référence à la norme fixée par la décision (UE) 2017/1870 de la Commission européenne du 16 octobre 2017 concernant la publication de la référence de la norme européenne sur la facturation électronique et de la liste des syntaxes en vertu de la directive 2014/55/ UE du Parlement européen et du Conseil est remplacée par la référence à la norme de facturation électronique applicable en métropole.
