Article D3821-2 of the French Public Health Code

I.-Subject to the adaptations provided for in II, Articles D. 3111-6 and D. 3111-7 are applicable to Wallis and Futuna in the version resulting from Decree No. 2018-42 of 25 January 2018.

II.-For its application in Wallis and Futuna, article D. 3111-6 is amended as follows :

a) The words: “and, in addition, for children aged two years or less, on the health certificates provided for in Article L. 2132-2” do not apply ;

b) The last paragraph does not apply.

I.-Sous réserve des adaptations prévues au II, les articles D. 3111-6 et D. 3111-7 sont applicables à Wallis-et-Futuna dans leur rédaction résultant du décret n° 2018-42 du 25 janvier 2018 .

II.-Pour son application à Wallis-et-Futuna, l’article D. 3111-6 est ainsi modifié :

a) Les mots : “ et, en outre, pour les enfants âgés de deux ans ou moins, sur les certificats de santé prévus à l’article L. 2132-2 ” ne sont pas applicables ;

b) Le dernier alinéa n’est pas applicable.
