In the absence of a National Professional Council bringing together the various components of the same profession, the professional organisations represented on the High Council for the Paramedical Professions mentioned in Decree no. 2007-974 of 15 May 2007, on the commission for pharmacy assistants and hospital pharmacy assistants mentioned in Articles L. 4241-5 and L. 4241-14, representative of the profession within the meaning of Articles L. 162-33 of the Social Security Code, L. 2122-5 of the Labour Code, L. 6156-2 and L. 6156-3 of the Public Health Code, Article 2 of Decree No. 2012-739 of 9 May 2012 on the Higher Council of the Hospital Civil Service, Article 5 of Decree No. 2012-225 of 16 February 2012 on the Higher Council of the State Civil Service, and Article 3 of Decree No. 2014-1379 of 18 November 2014 on the Higher Council of the Territorial Civil Service and the National Centre for the Territorial Civil Service, are asked to carry out the tasks devolved to the National Professional Councils.
