The Departmental Council of the Medical Council will immediately notify the decision to authorise or refuse authorisation to practise to the doctor being replaced or seconded, who will inform the intern concerned, including when he is placed on leave of absence.

When the replacement takes place in a health establishment, the decision is notified to the director of the establishment concerned.

This notification may be made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by delivery against receipt.

The Departmental Council of the Medical Council will immediately inform the Director General of the Regional Health Agency of the authorisation given, specifying the identity of the intern, including when he is placed on leave, and of the doctor concerned, as well as the date of issue of the authorisation and its duration.

Le conseil départemental de l’ordre notifie sans délai la décision d’autorisation ou de refus d’autorisation d’exercice au médecin remplacé ou secondé, qui en informe l’interne intéressé, y compris lorsqu’il est mis en disponibilité.

Lorsque le remplacement s’effectue dans un établissement de santé, la décision est notifiée au directeur de l’établissement concerné.

Cette notification peut être faite par lettre recommandée avec avis de réception ou remise contre récépissé.

Le conseil départemental de l’ordre informe sans délai le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé de l’autorisation donnée en précisant l’identité de l’interne, y compris lorsqu’il est mis en disponibilité et du médecin concerné ainsi que la date de délivrance de l’autorisation et sa durée.
