Article D4163-26 of the French Labour Code

The coefficient for the reduction in working hours is calculated as the ratio of the requested working hours to the previous working hours. It is rounded to two decimal places, to the nearest hundredth.

The number of days taken into account for the additional remuneration mentioned in 2° of I of article L. 4163-7 is equal to the following product:

Number of points used/10 X 60/ working time reduction coefficient.

The number of days is rounded to the nearest whole day.

Le coefficient de réduction de la durée du travail est apprécié par le rapport de la durée sollicitée à la durée antérieure de travail. Il est arrondi à deux décimales, au centième le plus proche.


Le nombre de jours pris en charge au titre du complément de rémunération mentionné au 2° du I de l’article L. 4163-7 est égal au produit suivant :


Nombre de points utilisés/10 X 60/ coefficient de réduction de la durée du travail.


Le nombre de jours est arrondi au jour entier le plus proche.
