Article D4163-30-2 of the French Labour Code

I.-If the employee wishes to carry out a skills assessment mentioned in 2° of article L. 6313-1 as part of his project, he must submit a specific request for funding to the regional inter-professional joint committee prior to any other request. If a request for funding for a training action follows the completion of a skills assessment, the prior positioning relating to this training action can only take place after the skills assessment has been completed and must take this into account.

II – If the vocational retraining project includes one or more actions to validate the acquired experience mentioned in 3° of article L. 6313-1, these actions are carried out before any of the training actions mentioned in 1° of the same article. Funding for these training courses is conditional upon validation of the prior action to validate the experience acquired.

I.-Si le salarié souhaite réaliser un bilan de compétences mentionné au 2° de l’article L. 6313-1 dans le cadre de son projet, il transmet à la commission paritaire interprofessionnelle régionale une demande de financement spécifique préalable à toute autre demande. Si une demande de financement d’une action de formation suit la réalisation d’un bilan de compétences, le positionnement préalable relatif à cette action de formation ne peut intervenir qu’après la réalisation de ce bilan de compétences et doit en tenir compte.

II.-Si le projet de reconversion professionnelle inclut une ou des actions permettant de faire valider les acquis de l’expérience mentionnées au 3° de l’article L. 6313-1, ces actions sont réalisées avant toute action de formation mentionnée au 1° du même article. Le financement de ces actions de formation est conditionné à la validation de l’action préalable de valorisation des acquis de l’expérience.
