Article D4233-14 of the French Public Health Code

To vote electronically, the voter, after logging on to the voting system, identifies himself using his code and password, casts his vote and validates it. The validation of the vote makes it final and prevents any modification.

Transmission of the vote and the voter’s signature are subject to an electronic acknowledgement of receipt showing the date of receipt.

Pour voter par voie électronique, l’électeur, après s’être connecté au système de vote, s’identifie au moyen de son code et de son mot de passe, exprime son vote et le valide. La validation du vote le rend définitif et empêche toute modification.

La transmission du vote et l’émargement de l’électeur font l’objet d’un avis de réception électronique sur lequel figure la date de cette réception.
