Article D4233-16 of the French Public Health Code

The chairman of the polling station draws up and signs a report of the voting and counting operations.

As soon as these minutes have been drawn up, the chairman of the polling station shall announce the result of the vote.

If an insufficient number of pairs or full and alternate members can be declared elected, a new election will be held in the same way to appoint the missing members.

Le président du bureau de vote établit et signe un procès-verbal des opérations de vote et de dépouillement.

Dès l’établissement de ce procès-verbal, le résultat du vote est proclamé par le président du bureau de vote.

Au cas où ne peuvent être proclamés élus qu’un nombre insuffisant de binômes ou de membres, titulaires et suppléants, il est procédé dans les mêmes formes à une nouvelle consultation électorale en vue de la désignation des membres manquant.
