Article D4233-18 of the French Public Health Code

Board officers are elected from among the full members and appointed members with voting rights at the first meeting following each renewal of these boards, at the earliest two days and at the latest fifteen days after the results are announced. Voting is by secret ballot. Full members and appointed members present and voting take part.

In the first and second rounds, an absolute majority of the members of the Board is required. In the third ballot, a relative majority is sufficient.

Proxy voting is permitted for the election of the officers of the Central Council of Section E. No member of the Central Council may hold more than one proxy.

Les bureaux des conseils sont élus parmi les membres titulaires et les membres nommés ayant voix délibérative à la première séance suivant chaque renouvellement de ces conseils, au plus tôt deux jours et au plus tard quinze jours après la proclamation des résultats. Le vote a lieu à bulletin secret. Y prennent part les membres titulaires et les membres nommés, présents ayant voix délibérative.

Au premier et au second tour, la majorité absolue des membres composant le conseil est requise. Au troisième tour, la majorité relative suffit.

Le vote par procuration est admis pour l’élection des membres du bureau du conseil central de la section E. Un même membre de ce conseil ne peut être porteur de plus d’une procuration.
