The number and days of hearings of the investigating chamber are fixed at the end of each judicial year for the following judicial year by a joint decision of the first president and the public prosecutor taken after consulting the general assembly of the court of appeal.
If necessary, this decision may be modified under the same conditions during the course of the year.
If it is impossible to reach a joint decision, the number and day of hearings of the investigating division shall be fixed by the first president alone.
