Article D4311-19 of the French Public Health Code

I.-The nursing training institutes authorised to provide education leading to the State diploma are responsible for implementing the admission procedures under the supervision of the general directors of the regional health agencies. They are responsible for organising the tests and displaying the results.

The composition of the examination boards and the appointment of their members are determined by the directors of the institutes in accordance with the conditions laid down by order of the Minister for Health.

II – The Minister for Defence is responsible for organising competitive examinations for access to preparatory studies for the State diploma for students mentioned in article L. 4383-2-1. Admission to these competitive examinations leads to admission to one of the nursing training institutes mentioned in article D. 4383-7.

Article D4311-19

I.-Les instituts de formation en soins infirmiers autorisés à délivrer l’enseignement préparant au diplôme d’Etat sont chargés de la mise en oeuvre des modalités d’admission sous le contrôle des directeurs généraux des agences régionales de santé. Ils ont la charge de l’organisation des épreuves et de l’affichage des résultats.

La composition des jurys et la nomination de leurs membres sont fixées par les directeurs des instituts dans les conditions fixées par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.

II.-Le ministre de la défense est chargé de l’organisation des concours en vue de l’accès aux études préparatoires au diplôme d’Etat pour les étudiants mentionnés à l’article L. 4383-2-1. L’admission à ces concours entraine l’admission dans l’un des instituts de formation en soins infirmiers mentionnés à l’article D. 4383-7.
