Article D4311-27 of the French Public Health Code

The files referred to in article D. 4311-26 are sent each year between 1st and 31st January to the chairman of the commission located in the region where the candidate carries out his/her duties or, if he/she does not carry out any duties, in the region where he/she lives.

Les dossiers mentionnés à l’article D. 4311-26 sont adressés chaque année entre le 1er et le 31 janvier au président de la commission située dans la région où le candidat exerce ses fonctions ou, s’il n’exerce aucune activité, dans la région où est situé son domicile.
