For the application of the provisions of article D. 4311-52-2, the information collected and sorted by the nurses’ association is kept by it for a period corresponding to the provisional registration period.
In application of articles 39 et seq. of law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, the nurse concerned may obtain communication of the information collected by contacting the departmental or interdepartmental council in whose area of jurisdiction his professional residence is located.
They may also demand that personal data concerning them be rectified, completed, updated, blocked or deleted, as appropriate, if it is inaccurate, incomplete, equivocal or out of date, or if its collection, use, communication or storage is prohibited.
