Article D4311-55-2 of the French Public Health Code

Elected members of a Council of the Order who are not entitled to the allowance provided for in article D. 4311-55-1 may, in cases determined by the National Council, receive an allowance for participation in the work of the Order when they attend a Council or Disciplinary Chamber meeting, participate in a meeting or carry out an ad hoc assignment on behalf of a Council.

The National Council sets the conditions for entitlement to this allowance and the amount.

The amount of this allowance may be reviewed annually and may not exceed a total equal to 10% of the monthly ceiling provided for in the first paragraph of article L. 241-3 of the Social Security Code for each half-day of actual presence or mission.

The annual amount of this allowance may not exceed three times the annual ceiling provided for in the first paragraph of Article L. 241-3 of the Social Security Code.

Les membres élus d’un conseil de l’ordre, non attributaires de l’indemnité prévue à l’article D. 4311-55-1 peuvent, dans les cas déterminés par le conseil national, percevoir une indemnité de participation aux travaux ordinaux lorsqu’ils siègent à une séance de conseil ou de chambre disciplinaire, participent à une réunion ou assurent une mission ponctuelle pour le compte d’un conseil.

Le conseil national fixe les conditions d’ouverture du droit à cette indemnité et son montant.

Le montant de cette indemnité est révisable annuellement et ne peut excéder un total égal, par demi-journée de présence effective ou de mission, à 10 % du plafond mensuel prévu au premier alinéa de l’article L. 241-3 du code de la sécurité sociale.

Le montant annuel de cette indemnité ne peut excéder trois fois le plafond annuel prévu au premier alinéa de l’article L. 241-3 du code de la sécurité sociale.
