Article D4311-98 of the French Public Health Code

On the basis of the information sent to it by the departmental councils, the national council sends the Minister responsible for health and the body responsible for managing the register referred to in article D. 4113-118 a weekly update of the information resulting from registration on the register and the operations provided for in article D. 4311-95.

For nurses exempted from registration on the register, transmission is ensured by the authority mentioned in 1° of article D. 4311-96 or by the regional health agency.

A partir des informations qui lui sont communiquées par les conseils départementaux, le conseil national transmet au ministre chargé de la santé ainsi qu’à l’organisme chargé de la gestion du répertoire mentionné à l’article D. 4113-118 une mise à jour hebdomadaire des éléments issus de l’inscription au tableau et des opérations prévues à l’article D. 4311-95.

Pour les infirmiers et infirmières dispensés de l’inscription au tableau, la transmission est assurée par l’autorité mentionnée au 1° de l’article D. 4311-96 ou par l’agence régionale de santé.
