The regional health agency of the place of professional practice of persons authorised to practise the profession of medical electroradiology technician or medical laboratory technician shall carry out the registration provided for in Article L. 4351-10 and Article L. 4352-4 on the basis of the training certificate or authorisation presented by the person concerned or, failing this, the certificate which serves as proof thereof.
Medical electroradiology manipulators and medical laboratory technicians must inform the agency, within one month, of any change in their professional situation or residence, particularly in the event of a change in their correspondence details, taking up or leaving an additional post, joining the health reserve corps provided for in article L. 3132-1 or temporary or permanent cessation of activity.
Medical electroradiology manipulators and medical laboratory technicians who have interrupted or ceased their activity remain obliged, for a period of three years following the date of interruption or cessation of their activity, to inform, within one month, the regional health agency of their last professional residence of any change in their correspondence details.
For medical electroradiology manipulators and medical laboratory technicians covered by the provisions of article L. 4138-2 of the Defence Code, the operations for collecting or updating the information mentioned in the first and second paragraphs are carried out, within the same timeframe, by the Armed Forces Health Service.
