Article D4354-3 of the French Public Health Code

The Director of the Regional Health Agency and the Armed Forces Medical Corps shall send the Minister for Health and the body responsible for managing the register referred to in Article D. 4113-118 a monthly update of the data resulting from the operations provided for in the first three paragraphs of Article D. 4354-1.

Le directeur de l’agence régionale de santé et le service de santé des armées transmettent au ministre chargé de la santé ainsi qu’à l’organisme chargé de la gestion du répertoire mentionné à l’article D. 4113-118 une mise à jour mensuelle des éléments issus des opérations prévues aux trois premiers alinéas de l’article D. 4354-1.
