Article D4421-1 of the French Public Health Code

Articles D. 4113-115 to D. 4113-121 apply to the Wallis and Futuna Islands subject to the following adaptations:

1° Article D. 4113-115:

a) In the first paragraph, the words: “the departmental council of the order within whose jurisdiction their place of professional practice is located” are replaced by the words: “the territorial council of the order or, failing that, the senior administrator”;

b) In the second paragraph, the words: “the departmental council of the order” are replaced by the words: ”

c) In the third paragraph, the words: “the council within whose jurisdiction their last professional residence is located” are replaced by the words: “the territorial council of the order or, failing that, the senior administrator”.

2° In article D. 4113-116, the words: “to the departmental council of the Order” are replaced by the words: “to the territorial council of the Order or, failing that, to the senior administrator”.

3° In the first paragraph of article D. 4113-117, the words: “by the departmental councils” are replaced by the words: “by the territorial council of the Order or, failing that, by the senior administrator”.

4° In the sixth paragraph of article D. 4113-121, the words: “the departmental health and social affairs directorate” are replaced by the words: “the health agency”.

Article D4421-1

Les articles D. 4113-115 à D. 4113-121 s’appliquent aux îles Wallis et Futuna sous réserve des adaptations suivantes :

1° Article D. 4113-115 :

a) Au premier alinéa, les mots : ” le conseil départemental de l’ordre dans le ressort duquel est situé leur lieu d’exercice professionnel ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” le conseil territorial de l’ordre ou, à défaut, l’administrateur supérieur ” ;

b) Au deuxième alinéa, les mots : ” le conseil départemental de l’ordre ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” le conseil territorial de l’ordre ou, à défaut, l’administrateur supérieur ” ;

c) Au troisième alinéa, les mots : ” le conseil dans le ressort duquel est située leur dernière résidence professionnelle ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” le conseil territorial de l’ordre ou, à défaut, l’administrateur supérieur ”.

2° A l’article D. 4113-116, les mots : ” au conseil départemental de l’ordre ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” au conseil territorial de l’ordre ou, à défaut, à l’administrateur supérieur ”.

3° Au premier alinéa de l’article D. 4113-117, les mots : ” par les conseils départementaux ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” par le conseil territorial de l’ordre ou, à défaut, par l’administrateur supérieur ”.

4° Au sixième alinéa de l’article D. 4113-121, les mots : ” de la direction départementale des affaires sanitaires et sociales ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” de l’agence de santé ”.
