Article D4422-1 of the French Public Health Code

Articles D. 4221-21 to D. 4221-26and D. 4232-1 apply to the Wallis and Futuna Islands subject to the following adaptations:

1° Article D. 4221-21:

a) In the first paragraph, the words: “the council of the order to which they belong” are replaced by the words: “the territorial council of the order or, failing that, the senior administrator”;

b) In the second paragraph, the words: “the council” are replaced by the words: “the council or the senior administrator mentioned in the first paragraph”;

c) In the third paragraph, the words: “the council” are replaced by the words: “the council or the senior administrator mentioned in the first paragraph”.

2° In article D. 4221-22, the words: “to the competent council of the Order” are replaced by the words: “to the territorial council of the Order or, failing that, to the senior administrator”.

3° In the first paragraph of article D. 4221-23, the words: “by the competent councils” are replaced by the words: “by the territorial council of the ordre or, failing that, by the senior administrator”.

4° In the sixth paragraph of article D. 4221-26, the words “the departmental health and social affairs directorate” are replaced by the words “the health agency”.

5° In the second paragraph of article D. 4232-1, the words: “the State services responsible for health at local level” are replaced by the words: “the health agency”.

Article D4422-1

Les articles D. 4221-21 à D. 4221-26 et D. 4232-1 s’appliquent aux îles Wallis et Futuna sous réserve des adaptations suivantes :

1° Article D. 4221-21 :

a) Au premier alinéa, les mots : ” le conseil de l’ordre dont ils relèvent ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” le conseil territorial de l’ordre ou, à défaut, l’administrateur supérieur ” ;

b) Au deuxième alinéa, les mots : ” le conseil ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” le conseil ou l’administrateur supérieur mentionnés au premier alinéa ” ;

c) Au troisième alinéa, les mots : ” le conseil ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” le conseil ou l’administrateur supérieur mentionnés au premier alinéa ”.

2° A l’article D. 4221-22, les mots : ” au conseil compétent de l’ordre ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” au conseil territorial de l’ordre ou, à défaut, à l’administrateur supérieur ”.

3° Au premier alinéa de l’article D. 4221-23, les mots : ” par les conseils compétents ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” par le conseil territorial de l’ordre ou, à défaut, par l’administrateur supérieur ”.

4° Au sixième alinéa de l’article D. 4221-26, les mots : ” de la direction départementale des affaires sanitaires et sociales ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” de l’agence de santé ”.

5° Au second alinéa de l’article D. 4232-1, les mots : ” des services de l’Etat chargés à l’échelon local de la santé ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” de l’agence de santé ”.
