Where the tutor, curator or substitute decision-maker is notified pursuant to Article 706-112-1, he is informed, if these rights have not already been exercised:
1° that he or she may appoint a lawyer or request that a lawyer be appointed by the President of the Bar;
2° that he or she may request that the person be examined by a doctor;
Where the guardian, curator or substitute decision-maker has been notified, the judicial police officer may authorise the person in custody to communicate with that person in accordance with II of article 63-2.
The provisions of Article 706-112-1 and of this Article shall also apply in the event of the detention of a person pursuant to Articles 133-1,141-4,709-1-1 et 716-5.
Where the tutor or curator is notified pursuant to Article 706-112-2, the provisions of the first two paragraphs of this Article shall apply.
