Article D47-3 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

By application of the provisions of article 704, paragraph 1, of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the judicial courts designated in the table below have jurisdiction to hear, in the districts defined in that table, the offences mentioned in paragraphs 2 to 17 of the aforementioned article.

Article D47-3

Par application des dispositions de l’article 704, alinéa 1, du code de procédure pénale, les tribunaux judiciaires désignés dans le tableau figurant ci-dessous sont compétents pour connaître, dans les circonscriptions définies à ce tableau, des infractions mentionnées aux alinéas 2 à 17 de l’article susvisé.
