The budget implementation period is limited to the year to which this budget applies for the authorisation of expenditure and the issue of revenue orders.

However, this period includes an additional period extending until the last day of January of the following year. This paragraph does not apply to operations relating solely to the investment section of the budget.

La période d’exécution du budget est limitée à l’année à laquelle ce budget s’applique pour le mandatement des dépenses et l’émission des titres de recettes.

Toutefois, cette période comprend un délai complémentaire qui s’étend jusqu’au dernier jour du mois de janvier de l’année suivante. Le présent alinéa n’est pas applicable aux opérations intéressant uniquement la section d’investissement du budget.
