The service provider and equipment distributor apply the advice on use and safety given by the equipment manufacturer.

They provide the person who is ill or has an incapacity or disability and their family and friends with all the information and explanations relating to the service and the equipment supplied, in accordance with the conditions defined by order of the Minister for Health.

Le prestataire de services et le distributeur de matériels appliquent les conseils d’utilisation et de sécurité donnés par le fabricant du matériel.

Ils délivrent à la personne malade ou présentant une incapacité ou un handicap ou à son entourage toutes les informations et explications relatives au service et au matériel fourni dans des conditions définies par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.
