The constituent agreement specifies the number and distribution of seats and determines the procedures for election or appointment to the grouping’s unified medical commission, in accordance with the provisions of this paragraph, ensuring balanced representation of each of the member institutions, staff numbers and disciplines.

Residents’ representatives are appointed every six months at the start of each training period. They are appointed by the president of the strategic committee after consultation with the organisations representing residents on the subdivision committees of the hospitals belonging to the consortium.

Hospital student representatives are appointed for two years. They are appointed by the president of the strategic committee on the recommendation of the students sitting on the councils of the training and research units linked by agreement to the institutions belonging to the consortium. The representative of students in the second cycle of maieutics studies is appointed for two years by the chairman of the strategic committee after consultation of the students sitting on the board of the university component linked by agreement to the institutions belonging to the grouping or after consultation of the students sitting on the technical board of the hospital schools attached to the institutions.

La convention constitutive précise le nombre et la répartition des sièges et détermine les modalités d’élection ou de désignation au sein de la commission médicale unifiée de groupement, en conformité avec les dispositions du présent paragraphe, en assurant une représentation équilibrée de chacun des établissements parties, des effectifs et des disciplines.

Les représentants des internes sont désignés tous les six mois à chaque début de stage. Ils sont nommés par le président du comité stratégique après avis des organisations représentatives des internes siégeant au sein des commissions de subdivision dont relèvent les établissements parties au groupement.

Les représentants des étudiants hospitaliers sont désignés pour deux ans. Ils sont nommés par le président du comité stratégique sur proposition des étudiants siégeant au sein des conseils des unités de formation et de recherche liées par convention aux établissements parties au groupement. Le représentant des étudiants en second cycle des études de maïeutique est nommé pour deux ans par le président du comité stratégique après avis des étudiants siégeant au sein du conseil de la composante universitaire liée par convention aux établissements parties au groupement ou après avis des étudiants siégeant au sein du conseil technique des écoles hospitalières rattachées aux établissements.
