The chairman of the hospital medical committee, who is vice-chairman of the Executive Board, coordinates the hospital’s medical policy. To this end, he/she is responsible for the following tasks in particular:

1° He/she contributes to the dissemination and evaluation of good medical practice;

2° It ensures that patient care is coordinated;

3° It contributes to the promotion of medical research and therapeutic innovation;

4° It coordinates the development of the continuing professional development plan for medical staff;

5° It submits an annual report to the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board on the implementation of the establishment’s medical policy.

Le président de la commission médicale d’établissement, vice-président du directoire, coordonne la politique médicale de l’établissement. A cette fin, il assure notamment les missions suivantes :

1° Il contribue à la diffusion et à l’évaluation des bonnes pratiques médicales ;

2° Il veille à la coordination de la prise en charge du patient ;

3° Il contribue à la promotion de la recherche médicale et de l’innovation thérapeutique ;

4° Il coordonne l’élaboration du plan de développement professionnel continu des personnels médicaux ;

5° Il présente au directoire ainsi qu’au conseil de surveillance un rapport annuel sur la mise en œuvre de la politique médicale de l’établissement.
