Article D6145-64 of the French Public Health Code

The investment programme provided for in 4° of Article L. 6143-7 includes the following information in particular:

1° For works, for the acquisition of heavy equipment mentioned in article R. 6122-26 or for investment operations relating to information systems, the total cost of which exceeds a threshold which may differ depending on the establishment and which is set by order of the ministers responsible for the budget, health and social security:

a) A detailed list of the operations

b) The estimated amount ;

c) The projected deadlines;

d) A presentation sheet for each works or information systems project.

2° For other works, the acquisition of equipment, investment in information systems and the acquisition of land: the annual amount per type of operation.

Le programme d’investissement prévu au 4° de l’article L. 6143-7 comporte notamment les informations suivantes :

1° Pour les opérations de travaux, d’acquisition d’équipements matériels lourds mentionnés à l’article R. 6122-26 ou pour les opérations d’investissement portant sur des systèmes d’information, dont le coût total est supérieur à un seuil qui peut être différent selon les établissements et qui est fixé par arrêté des ministres chargés du budget, de la santé et de la sécurité sociale :

a) La liste détaillée des opérations ;

b) Leur montant prévisionnel ;

c) Les échéances prévisionnelles ;

d) Une fiche de présentation de chaque opération de travaux ou de systèmes d’information.

2° Pour les autres opérations de travaux, d’acquisition de matériel, d’investissement portant sur des systèmes d’information ainsi que les acquisitions de terrains : le montant annuel par nature d’opération.
