Associate midwives benefit, under the same conditions as staff governed by decree no. 89-611 of 1st September 1989 on the special status of hospital civil service midwives:

1° from flat-rate allowances for work on Sundays and public holidays;

2° from hourly allowances for normal night work and an increase for intensive work.

Les sages-femmes associées bénéficient, dans les mêmes conditions que les personnels régis par le décret n° 89-611 du 1er septembre 1989 portant statut particulier des sages-femmes de la fonction publique hospitalière :

1° D’indemnités forfaitaires pour travail des dimanches et jours fériés ;

2° D’indemnités horaires pour travail normal de nuit et d’une majoration pour travail intensif.
