Article D6162-3 of the French Public Health Code

The term of office of an employee representative ends with each renewal of the medical committee or works council that elected him/her.

The term of office of the member appointed by the regional economic, social and environmental council expires each time that body is re-elected. However, this member will continue to sit on the Board of Directors until his or her replacement is appointed by the new assembly.

The term of office for members who sit as scientific personalities appointed by the National Cancer Institute, qualified personalities and user representatives is set at three years.

Any person who loses the capacity in which he or she was appointed to the Board of Directors ceases to belong to it.

Le mandat d’un représentant du personnel prend fin à chaque renouvellement de la commission médicale ou du comité d’entreprise qui l’a élu.

Le mandat du membre désigné par le conseil économique, social et environnemental régional prend fin lors de chaque renouvellement de cette assemblée. Toutefois, ce membre continue à siéger au sein du conseil d’administration jusqu’à la désignation de son remplaçant par la nouvelle assemblée.

La durée du mandat des membres qui siègent en qualité de personnalités scientifiques désignées par l’Institut national du cancer, de personnalités qualifiées et de représentants des usagers est fixée à trois ans.

Toute personne qui perd la qualité au titre de laquelle elle a été désignée au conseil d’administration cesse d’appartenir à celui-ci.
