The minimum wage paid to an apprentice as provided for in article L. 6222-29 during the apprenticeship contract or period is set at:
1° For young people aged between sixteen and seventeen:
a) 27% of the minimum growth wage during the first year of the contract;
b) 39% of the minimum growth wage during the second year of the contract;
c) 55% of the minimum growth wage during the third year of the contract;
2° For young people aged between eighteen and twenty:
a) 43% of the minimum growth wage during the first year of the contract;
b) 51% of the minimum growth wage during the second year of the contract;
c) 67% of the minimum growth wage during the third year of the contract;
3° For young people aged between twenty-one and twenty-five:
a) 53% of the minimum growth wage or, if higher, the agreed minimum wage corresponding to the job held during the first year of performance of the contract;
b) 61% of the minimum growth wage or, if higher, the agreed minimum wage corresponding to the job held during the second year of performance of the contract;
c) 78% of the minimum growth wage or, if higher, the agreed minimum wage corresponding to the job held during the third year of performance of the contract;
4° For young people aged 26 and over, at 100% of the minimum growth wage or, if higher, of the contractual minimum wage corresponding to the job held during the performance period of the apprenticeship contract.
