Article D6241-27 of the French Labour Code

I.-Each year, employers designate the establishments to which the funds referred to in 1° of II of article L. 6131-4 are to be sent, using the online service referred to in II of article L. 6241-2.

II – A timetable, defined by order of the ministers responsible for national education, vocational training and higher education, is made available to employers via the online service mentioned in I.

This timetable details the various phases following employers’ connection to their individualised and secure space on the online service, and in particular:

1° The period, which may not be less than two months, during which employers may designate the establishment or establishments to receive the funds mentioned in 1° of II of Article L. 6131-4 or change their choices;

2° The dates of payment of the funds by the Caisse des dépôts et consignations.

I.-Chaque année, les employeurs procèdent à la désignation des établissements destinataires des fonds mentionnés au 1° du II de l’article L. 6131-4 au moyen du service dématérialisé mentionné au II de l’article L. 6241-2.


II.-Un calendrier, défini par arrêté des ministres chargés de l’éducation nationale, de la formation professionnelle et de l’enseignement supérieur, est mis à disposition des employeurs sur le service dématérialisé mentionné au I.


Ce calendrier détaille les différentes phases qui suivent la connexion des employeurs à leur espace individualisé et sécurisé sur le service dématérialisé, et notamment :


1° La période, qui ne peut être inférieure à deux mois, pendant laquelle les employeurs peuvent désigner le ou les établissements bénéficiaires des fonds mentionnés au 1° du II de l’article L. 6131-4 ou modifier leurs choix ;


2° Les dates de versement des fonds par la Caisse des dépôts et consignations.
