Article D6243-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

An appeal to the Conseil d’Etat shall be lodged, on pain of forfeiture, within one month of either the expiry of the period given to the administrative court to rule or the notification of the refusal order.

The appeal shall be decided within three months of its registration with the Conseil d’Etat’s litigation secretariat.

Article D6243-3

Le pourvoi devant le Conseil d’Etat est, à peine de déchéance, formé dans le mois qui suit soit l’expiration du délai imparti au tribunal administratif pour statuer, soit la notification de l’arrêté portant refus.

Il est statué sur le pourvoi dans un délai de trois mois à compter de son enregistrement au secrétariat du contentieux du Conseil d’Etat.
