Article D6262-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The State representative communicates to the president of the territorial council:

1° The amount of each of the allocations paid as part of the overall operating allocation;

2° The change in the retail price index between 1 January and 31 December of the previous financial year, as well as the forecasts for the current financial year, as they appear in the tables appended to the Finance Act ;

3° The forecast change in the remuneration of State employees, as set out in the Finance Act;

4° The table of social charges borne by the local authority on 1 February.

Le représentant de l’Etat communique au président du conseil territorial :

1° Le montant de chacune des dotations versées dans le cadre de la dotation globale de fonctionnement ;

2° La variation de l’indice des prix de détail entre le 1er janvier et le 31 décembre de l’exercice écoulé, ainsi que les prévisions pour l’exercice en cours, telles qu’elles figurent dans les tableaux annexés à la loi de finances ;

3° La prévision d’évolution des rémunérations des agents de l’Etat, telle qu’elle figure dans la loi de finances ;

4° Le tableau des charges sociales supportées par la collectivité à la date du 1er février.
