Article D6271-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The Commission is convened by its Chairman who sets the agenda for its meetings, after consultation with the Representative of the State in the Collectivity of Saint-Barthélemy. The notice of meeting and the agenda are sent to the members of the Commission at least ten days before the date of the meeting.

La commission est convoquée par son président qui arrête l’ordre du jour de ses séances, après avis du représentant de l’Etat dans la collectivité de Saint-Barthélemy. La convocation et l’ordre du jour sont adressés aux membres de la commission dix jours au moins avant la date de la réunion.
